Yuanyang Weili showcases safety products and solutions at the 2025 Oil and Petrochemical Safety Conference

       Yuanyang Weili has been deeply engaged in the research and development of inorganic fireproof materials for more than 20 years, accumulating a large number of research results in the field of building passive fire protection. At this exhibition, Yuanyang Weili showcased a series of products that meet the needs of the petroleum and petrochemical industry.

         In terms of passive fire protection in construction, its fire-resistant FCA boards have become the focus of attention. The non-combustible performance of this board meets the national A1-class standard. It is made from materials such as alumina, china clay, and inorganic fibers through mixing, forming, demolding, special technical treatment, and then transferred to high-temperature and high-pressure steam curing reaction. In the BASF integrated project, the fire-resistant FCA board, with its excellent fire resistance, has become the preferred material for fire partitions. It can effectively isolate the fire source, prevent the rapid spread of fire, and gain valuable time for personnel evacuation and fire rescue. Its excellent construction performance and corrosion resistance ensure the long-term stable operation of the fire wall in extreme environments.

          In response to the need for preventing explosion accidents in chemical production, Ocean Willy's explosion venting and pressure relief panels also attracted the attention of many professional audiences. With its unique structure and density design, this panel can quickly release pressure when an explosion occurs, effectively reducing the damage to buildings caused by the explosion and protecting the safety of personnel and equipment. At the same time, it also has good sound insulation and heat insulation performance, providing more comfortable conditions for the production environment.
