On the afternoon of August 28, the 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area New Productive Forces in the Construction Industry Conference was grandly held at Shenzhen MSU-BIT University. At the 2024 Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Greater Bay Area New Productivity Conference for the Construction Industry, Sino-Yuanyang Weili made a stunning appearance with its independently developed and produced green, low-carbon, and fire-resistant product—low-density ash-silicon base board, which became the focus of the entire event. This board is an A1-class non-combustible inorganic board that can be used like wood (it can be planed, nailed with a nail gun, bent, and cut, with a nail-holding force of up to 1100N, equivalent to that of wooden boards). When burned at a high temperature of 1200°C with a flame at close range and fixed point, the board surface has no flame, does not burn, does not crack, and produces no smoke or toxicity (the smoke toxicity reaches the highest level AQ1). The system structure can resist fire for 1 to 4 hours, with a low thermal conductivity, and the back fire surface does not exceed 180°C. At the same time, it is moisture-resistant and does not deform when absorbing water (it absorbs moisture when the air is humid and releases moisture when it is hot, with strong humidity regulation performance). It is mildew-proof, has no peculiar smell, and no volatile toxic substances such as formaldehyde and benzene. It is insect-proof, has high strength, is anti-deformation, and its surface can be decorated in various ways and made into various shapes. It solves the pain points of various boards (such as blockboard, flame-retardant board, gypsum board, calcium silicate board, magnesium oxide board, etc.) in practical applications. Paying the price of one board to get the effect of two boards saves the comprehensive cost while achieving dual guarantees of fire resistance performance and living environment.

Yuanyang Weili  low-density gray silicon-based baseboard exhibits excellent performance in terms of fire resistance. After rigorous testing, its fire resistance time far exceeds the national standard.
