Classification of indoor ventilation modes and guiding ideology of piping system design
Indoor ventilation is generally divided into two types: local ventilation and whole room ventilation.
Local exhaust: it can exhaust a large number of harmful substances with less air volume. It is a feasible and economical method to improve the indoor conditions, and it may also be the best way to adapt to the ventilation construction of the new laboratory, so it is widely used in large indoor factories.
Whole room ventilation: mainly for some indoor can not use local exhaust, or local exhaust can not meet the requirements.
The guiding ideology of ventilation duct system design is as follows
1. The layout of ventilation duct system should be reasonable to eliminate various unreasonable factors and reduce resistance and noise;
2. The ventilation duct shall be beautiful in appearance and reasonable in layout, and its height and position shall not affect the installation and production of the factory;
3. The principle of efficiency and economy is to exhaust all the polluted gases in the room;
4. Take the measures of exhausting the polluted gas produced in the room nearby to prevent its diffusion;
5. Reasonable selection of fans to prevent or reduce noise and vibration, easy installation and maintenance;
6. Considering local and whole room ventilation, the reasonable arrangement of water supply and drainage, gas and power supply lines should be considered. |
