    The glass magnesium air duct is made of glass magnesium composite insulation board. The air duct itself is not connected by flange, and it is directly formed by inserting and combining openings. The special glue mixed with high-strength magnesium chloride and magnesium oxide is used in the combination of air duct. The factors of glue concentration may lead to the cracking of air duct adhesion. I will briefly talk about several reasons for the cracking of glass magnesium air duct;



    1. The cracking phenomenon of glass magnesium air duct caused by the concentration of brine is too high or too low; usually, the production personnel of glass magnesium composite air duct will set the brine concentration on a standard or modulate the brine concentration by feeling, which is not correct. Generally, the concentration of brine should be determined according to the climate and environmental factors. In summer, when preparing brine, the temperature is very high, so the concentration should be controlled at about 21-23 degrees. In the initial adjustment, it is only necessary to reach 21 degrees. Because the melting time of brine slices is relatively long, it is more accurate to test the concentration after the brine pieces are completely melted. The temperature in winter is low, so the concentration of brine should be controlled at 25-28 degrees when preparing brine. Similarly, the concentration should be controlled at about 25 degrees when the brine is initially adjusted, and then the concentration can be measured after it is fully opened. When debugging the concentration, it is necessary to measure the concentration with a glass magnesium meter to achieve accuracy.



    2. The preparation of glue is also directly related to the importance of glass magnesium composite air duct in the prevention of cracking; if the glue is too thick or too thin, it will cause air duct interface cracking, so we must master the consistency when mixing. When the glass magnesium air duct is combined, the glue should be mixed into the thin spot, and the glue can flow out automatically after grasping. The glue should be mixed to match the consistency of the plaster and should not be too thin.
