In order to ensure the accurate and vertical position of the aluminum pendant, a cross line is drawn at the back of the fiber cement pressure plate according to the vertical spacing of the transverse keel of 600 mm and the length of the fiber cement pressure plate. The aluminum fastener is fixed on the back of the fiber cement pressure plate with 10 mm long and 4 mm thick stainless steel screws. The aluminum fastener must be rechecked after the installation of the aluminum fastener And perpendicularity.




    (2) Base preparation: clean up the surface of the base course with dry hanging fiber cement pressure plate finish, hang straight, set square, find rules, and pop up vertical and horizontal lines. According to the design drawings and actual needs, the location line and block line of the keel of the fiber cement pressure plate should be popped up. Clean the dust and dirt on the surface of the wall.


    (3) Hanging line: according to the requirements of design drawings, the vertical control lines of two sides of large angle should be marked with theodolite before the keel of fiber cement pressure plate is installed. It is better to snap on the position 20cm away from the large angle, so as to check the accuracy of vertical hanging line at any time and ensure the smooth installation. It is better to use ∮ 1.0 - ∮ 1.2 steel wire for vertical hanging line, with the weight of 8-10kg at the lower side. The upper end is hung on the special hanging angle steel frame. The angle steel frame is fixed on the top of the north and South corners of the atrium with expansion bolts. It must be hung in a firm, accurate and hard to touch place, and attention should be paid to protection and regular inspection. Mark the upper and lower control lines.


    (4) Keel installation: 50 × 50 × 4 angle steel (with adjustable hole on the angle steel) is fixed on the structural surface with ∮ 8 expansion bolt in advance. The horizontal distance between angle steel and 50 × 50 × 3.5 vertical square steel tubes on the angle steel is 800mm. During the installation of vertical square steel pipe, the verticality must be checked by the steel line suspended from the top to the bottom. After the square steel tube is installed, the connection angle steel and the transverse aluminum keel are installed, and the vertical spacing of the transverse aluminum keel is 600mm. The ∮ 10 bolts are used for the connection between angle steel, square steel pipe and transverse keel. After the keel is installed, use infrared level to check whether the horizontal aluminum keel is horizontal and whether the steel line is vertical. If any problem is found in the process, adjust it in time to minimize the error.


    (5) Panel installation: hang the pre processed panel on the keel according to the layout drawing provided by the Design Institute, and connect the panel and keel with dry hanging fiber cement pressure plate supporting aluminum pendant. First, hang the fiber cement pressure plate of the same horizontal layer on the keel, adjust the level and perpendicularity of the panel through the steel line and horizontal line, and then check the plate seam and width According to the design requirements, the width of the plate seam should be uniform. After meeting the requirements, the 20 mm long and 6 mm thick stainless steel screws on the supporting aluminum hanger should be tightened before installing the upper plate.


    (6) Plate joint treatment: according to the intention of the design drawings, there is no treatment for the plate joint of fiber cement pressure plate of the whole wall on the east side, and the open joint is reserved (the vertical joint is 20 mm wide and the transverse joint is 10 mm wide). Therefore, it is required to strengthen the horizontal and vertical detection of joints in the previous construction process to ensure horizontal and vertical.


    (7) Treatment of independent column: the external corner at the corner of the independent column is assembled with 45 ° chamfer, polished and smooth, and the structural surface of the column facing the corridor adopts full bonding method. The 45 ° angle butt joint is filled with fair faced concrete board powder and glue, and the fiber cement pressure plate special coating is applied twice. When filling the gap with pressure plate powder, pay attention to the uniformity and fullness of the joint.


    (8) Clean the surface and brush the surface agent: wipe the fiber cement pressure plate with cotton wire. If there is glue or other firmly bonded foreign matters, you can gently remove it with a knife, and wipe it with cotton wire dipped with acetone until it is clean. The finishing agent shall be aligned half an hour before brushing according to the mix proportion. Attention shall be paid to the difference between primer and topcoat. It is better to operate in stages. The coating agent should be mixed evenly to prevent uneven film formation. When brushing, wool brush should be used. It should not be too much stained with paint to prevent flowing agent and brush back as little as possible to avoid brush marks. It is required that there should be no bubbles or missed brushing, and the brush should be smooth and glossy.
