       In recent years, with the rapid development of social economy, the application of glass curtain walls has become increasingly widespread. Therefore, the setting method of fire separation between layers of glass curtain walls has attracted more attention in building fire protection design. Issues such as how to make it meet the needs of architectural modeling while ensuring the fire safety of fire separation between layers of glass curtain walls are particularly important. 

       Yuanyang Weili  curtain wall fireproof boards are made from main inorganic materials such as kaolin and wood pulp fibers through processes including mixing, forming, demolding, high-temperature steam curing, and drying. The boards are non-combustible materials, featuring a fire resistance rating of Class A, high strength, good thermal insulation performance, and strong weather resistance.

       The Haikang Robotics Intelligent Manufacturing (Tonglu) Base Project is a major construction project in Hangzhou, Zhejiang Province in 2024, with a total construction area of approximately 180,000 square meters. The main construction contents include H3-H6 workshops, chemical warehouses, multi-storey corridors and related supporting facilities.

      This project not only requires the building's appearance to be modern and energy-efficient, but also needs to meet the fire protection requirements for densely populated places specified in the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Buildings" GB50016. Additionally, it is necessary to achieve the integration of multiple performances such as fire protection, thermal insulation, and moisture resistance in the backing space. The problems of insufficient strength and poor thermal stability of conventional fire protection materials under the same thickness have always caused hidden concerns about the safety factor of the curtain wall system.
